Student Exchange with Fox Valley Technical College, Appleton

Exchange 1   Exchange 2 Exchange 3    Exchange 4          Exchange 5  Exchange 6  Exchange 7  Exchange 8 In Appleton at last!!!! Eight students from our vocational school (Management Assistant s in IT-systems and Industrial Business Management Assistants) are taking part in the second student exchange with FVTC this month. They will be in Wisconsin from September 22 to October 12 and we will keep you posted on their activities and experiences on this website. The participating students are: Christin Biedenkopf (Schunk Group), Anna Friedel (Schunk Group), Rebecca Lubetzki (Schunk Group), Loreen Hain (Schunk Group), Pia Loeffler (Roemheld GmbH),  Kai Becker (Schunk Group), Dominik Heuser (Ekom21), Andreas Wagner (Schunk Group) This exchange has been organised by Klaus Oehmann and will be chaperoned by Conny Feistauer and Dennis Rothmann. And here comes the first group picture with all the participating students in this exchange, taken on arrival at Appleton airport. Guided tour of FVTC Monday our students got a guided tour of the impressive Fox Valley Campus. Here are some snapshots. The students were particularly impressed with the law enforcement department. Herman Boone at FVTC Herman Boone,  coach from "Remember the Titans" spoke about his experiences with racial segregation during his career as a football coach in Virginia. This took place in the Appleton commons  on Tuesday night. Sitting in on a business class at FVTC High Cliff High Cliff is the only state-owned recreational area on Lake Winnebago, Wisconsin's largest lake.
